Edmonton Seasons

It has been said, perhaps too many times, that Edmonton has only two seasons: Winter and Construction. This seems to be particularly true this year. For example, numerous improvements to major arteries and bridges around the city and the expansion of the LRT to the south are underway. Expect delays.
